Pam Leonard joined LifeNet in 1991, originally working in the clinical laboratory, and has been CTBS certified since 1995. After four years, she moved to Quality Assurance as a QA Records Coordinator. Pam then transferred to the Tissue Development Department in 2002 where she worked with our Musculoskeletal and Cardiovascular recovery Partners as a Tissue Client Relations Specialist. Her latest position was Recovery Operations Data Specialist. In 2007, Pam was promoted to Recovery Resources Group Manager. She continues to work with LifeNet's Partners' in all aspects of operations.

In 2001 Andi transferred to the Tissue Development department working directly for the Vice President of Tissue Development and assisting the Tissue Client Relations Staff. In 2006 she received her Certified Tissue Banking Specialist certification and accepted the position of Recovery Operations Data Specialist.

David Suarez joined LifeNet in 2001 as Professional Service Representative for Indiana. He developed client relationship with our Indiana recovery partners and assisted hospital staff and surgeons throughout Indiana in allograft product usage. After working in the Professional Service Department for 5 years, David transferred to the Technical Training & Education Department. David is a certified surgical technologist and dental technician having received his training with the United States Army Reserves. He has been a Certified Tissue Bank Specialist since 2001 and served in the Army Reserves. Dave holds a BS degree from Barry University. Prior to coming to LifeNet, he worked with the University of Florida Tissue Bank and as surgical technician in a variety of surgical cases.
